We aim to maintain a high standard of comfort and cleanliness, and are regularly complimented on the quality and quantity of equipment provided. We try to think of everthing but welcome constructive comments, compliments and complaints !

The cottages receive an annual inspection by Visit Britain tourist board and are graded accordingly.

All kitchens are fully equipped with everything you would expect for self-catering, cooker, microwave,fridge with ice box, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, glassware, tea-towels etc.Freezer available in laundry room.

The beds are made up for your arrival with your choice of either duvets or blankets.

A cot, without linen, is available free of charge, also a highchair.

We maintain a strict no smoking policy in all cottages and ask for your observance of this.

There is ample parking in the courtyard, 2 cars per cottage, extra parking area available when required.

We welcome use of the garden, an area of peace and tranquility where you can relax and watch the buzzards soar or the more adventurous make it the starting point for their ascent of Caradoc hill.

Dogs are welcome - we do make a small charge - see booking form for terms and conditions.

The laundry room has washing machine, tumble drier, iron & ironing board, electric by £1 coin meter.
