Kibble cottage , half of the timber clad barn conversion, is a spacious family cottage, finished to a high standard with many original exposed oak beams.The cottage is heated throughout with oil fired central heating.

Kibble comprises of a large entrance hall with down stairs cloak room and utility with washing machine and small freezer. Comfortably furnished lounge with attractive ingle nook fire place with a gas fired log burner. There is a flat screen T.V. with digital receiver, dvd/video recorder, a radio. and a selection of games,puzzles and videos/dvds.

There is a well equipped modern kitchen with hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, ample crockery and glassware etc and dining table to seat 8.The ground floor is tiled throughout, with rugs in living room.Stairs and bedrooms carpeted.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. 1 double room with en-suite bath, toilet and wash basin, a further double room and a large family room with 4 single beds. There is a seperate shower room with toilet and wash basin available to all.

There is parking for 2 cars in in the courtyard, extra parking also available when needed.
