Light and airy single storey 3 bedroom cottages within the courtyard, with excellent views up to the Caradoc hill situated to the rear of each cottage.

Ragleth has been assessed as M2 level for disabled access.A removable ramp is available and level parking on a firm surface. There are support rails in the bathroom, all the beds are divans and there is a high seat arm chair in the lounge.Please ask if you have restricted mobility other aids can be made available.

Caradoc and Ragleth cottages are well equipped, comfortably furnished and centrally heated throughout, all included in tariff.

The main living area in each cottage comprises of open-plan living room / kitchen / dining room.The kitchens are well-equipped with china,glass,cutlery,there is an electric hob and oven,microwave,fridge with icebox,( extra freezer space available in the laundry room). The dining table comfortably seats 6 and the lounge offers a place to relax after a hard days walking in the Stretton Hills.

A spacious tiled hall leads to the carpeted bedrooms, a combination of double and twin rooms.Each bedroom has built in wardrobe and storage space.

Ragleth has 1 double room with en-suite shower, toilet, wash basin.There are 2 twin bedded rooms and a seperate family bath room.

Caradoc has 1 double with shower en-suite, another double and 1 twin room. A seperate family bathroom serves these rooms.

Parking for both cottages is in the courtyard.Extra parking is available on site.
